Terms of Use – Stay by Powerhouse

These Terms of Use apply to the mobile application “Stay by Powerhouse” provided by Digishift BV (hereinafter: "Platform Provider"), which develops and maintains the Stay by Powerhouse app for residential communities managed by property operators (hereinafter: "Client").

The Stay by Powerhouse app is made available exclusively to tenants of the Client’s managed properties (hereinafter: "Users"). Through the app, Users can access relevant personal and community information, communicate with their operator, and manage key aspects of their rental experience.

Any non-English version of these Terms, including any Privacy Statement, is provided for convenience only and will not override the governing English version.

Article 1 – Definitions

• Platform – The Stay by Powerhouse mobile application made available by the Platform Provider to the Client's tenants via iOS and Android.
• Client – The property operator managing one or more residential properties where Users reside.
• User – A natural person (tenant) residing in a property managed by the Client.

Article 2 – Access to the Platform

• User access is provided by the Client, who creates an account on the User's behalf.
• By logging in, the User gains access to the Platform and agrees to these Terms.
• The Client is responsible for the proper management of accounts and for reporting unauthorized access. Digishift BV is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse or unauthorized access.
• In case of unauthorized access or suspected misuse, the User or Client must notify the Platform Provider immediately.
• Personal data processed through the Platform is subject to the Stay by Powerhouse Privacy Statement (available separately).
